Two days of intense drawing
The BIG DRAW-Ruskin will host a two day Drawing Marathon
BIG DRAW STUDIO, 613 US-41 North, Ruskin
October 23 & 24 , Friday & Saturday, 10 am – 5pm each day
Visiting Artist: Marjorie Greene
Commit yourself to a 2 day drawing marathon extravaganza. This intense two day activity is open to all artists and students. Participants will work in a large studio with a massive set-up and live draped models. Projects will be executed in charcoal, chalk, and acrylic on large 4'x5' paper. This 2 day immersion in drawing will culminate in an informal critique and exhibit. The fee includes all materials and the model fee. Marjorie Greene, a Professor at St. Petersburg College, has participated in the two week Drawing Marathon at the NY Studio School, and brings extensive knowledge, energy and insight to this workshop. She leads the experience in ways that expand understanding of drawing, and ways that offer the artist new ways to approach and develop drawings. It is an intense and memorable two days!
